Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that our coffee is roasted to order. Please allow time for your order to be roasted and then shipped. Shipping is based on when the roast is complete not when the order is placed.
Shipping will be fulfilled by the next open business day if said fulfillment day falls on holiday or weekend. With large orders, please give 10 to 15 days for processing and shipping. We will email you if a order falls into our "Large" order requirements.

Hanzo Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hanzo Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
