Ethiopia is a dynamic coffee country and that is tasted in every cup. This variety is perfect with a breakfast meal. The acidic flavor is also ideal to cut a rich desert or pastry. This is roasted to a perfect medium (City/City+) to really bring out the flavors of the coffee. We highly recommend you drink this coffee and all of our coffee's black to appreciate the flavors.
