If you are looking for a bold coffee with a clean finish, this is the roast for you. This is a our "no frills" roast for coffee lovers new to single origin, 3rd wave. It is honestly a perfect introduction to specialty coffee. It has milk chocolate and honey notes with a familiar "coffee" flavor. This is roasted to a Full City/Full City+ which is a darker roast than our other offerings. This is to produce a rich deep favor that we know will have you coming back for more!

Cupping Notes: Tangerine, Honey, Milk Chocolate
Brew Method: Any is recommended but our favorite is Pour Over
