This roast is a labor of love. As our co-owner is a first generation Vietnamese-American, we decided to debut a new Vietnamese roast. Vietnam is the second largest producer of coffee in the world! To some, Vietnamese coffee is actually considered lower quality coffee since it is Robusta, and is typically used for mass production. We disagree with this assessment and believe that Vietnamese coffee is not only overlooked, but has a beautiful flavor and complexity that can compete with the best roasts. Our robust Vietnam Lotus has notes of Chocolate and Toffee with a Nutty finish. We have created something really special with this dark roast. Whether you have it black or as a delicious Vietnamese Iced Coffee, we are sure that you will fall in love with this roast.

Process: Washed

Origin: Dalat, Vietnam

Altitude: 1400 - 1500 M

Cupping Notes: Chocolate, Nutty, Toffee, Honey

Brew Method: Espresso, Drip, Coffee Phin of course!

Net Weight: 12 oz

Hits all the taste buds.

A great cup of coffee. With a mix of light nutty flavor on top then a robust & dark bite on the side. This roast doesn’t leave a bitter taste after a sip and is a delight to drink.

Robust rich full body

I love dark roasts
The Vietnam Dalat roast is super fragrant and had a rich taste without bitterness or acidity. I always grind and use a French press and the coffee is fantastic. My dad also enjoys it and he’s very picky. Definitely me favorite out of all the roasts I’ve tried so far.

I drink it black normally but it is quite delicious with condensed milk or sweeteners.
